A cornerstone of our business activities is our desire to keep things simple. That's why our Terms and Conditions page is uncluttered by legalese and double-speak.

1. Our Print Audit is offered at no cost, on receipt at our premises of the required documentation and samples.
2. We offer a free consultation at our premises to discuss your current print ordering situation and advise you of possible solutions.
3. Should you require our auditor to visit you, we will advise you beforehand should there be any costs or expenses (depends on your location).
4. No matter what Ultimate Print Auditing solution you choose, we never commit you to any course of action without first advising accurate 60 day valid costs, and establishing complete mutual clarity.
5. Our charging structure is 50% deposit for each task we are engaged upon, with balance COD or 30 days by prior arrangement.
